Are you a Senior Level Strategic Project Manager looking to join an amazing organization and culture?!
Responsibilities- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and budget
- Set and maintain firm construction schedules
- Develop detailed project plans that identify timelines, resources and budgetary needs
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure best terms and pricing
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project team and senior leadership
- Lead and mentor Project Team
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Oversee field work/subcontractor accountability
- Lead kickoff, milestones and closeouts are completed for projects
- Host project meetings at least once a week with project team(s)
- Provide feedback, advice, project updates and mentorship to project managers
- Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
- Data collection for client satisfaction methods/tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, related field and/or equivalent experience
- P.E. Preferred
- 8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on commercial construction projects/mechanical services
- Ability to provide work-class customer service in a fast paced, high-performance culture
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints
- Solution-oriented
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented, quality and accuracy driven mindset
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
