Job DescriptionProcess Engineer
Melbourne, KY (Cincinnati/Northern, Kentucky area)

Facility is over 1 million square feet(1/2 miles ling)
Manufacturing low mix/high volume materials for the construction industry.

The Process Engineer’s objective is to ensure that all products meet plant, customer, industry, and government requirements in an efficient and effective manner. Coordinate with production to ensure best cost formulations are utilized to achieve products that fully meet specification and customer requirements. Organize and document process and raw material trials with support from the quality department to accomplish testing. Implement the plant and divisional energy conservation measures;
as well as monitor and correct raw material variances. Assist production and mill managers in implementation of the applicable standard practices. Actively and solely lead small capital projects with cost accounting, design, vendors/contractors, implementation, and training.
- Understand tolerances/specs/manufacturing processes
- Understands design of experiments, trial implementation, and reporting
- 1 to 3 years experience in Quality and/or Chemical Process.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineer or equipvalent
