Arc Adaptive Machining Solutions is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join our team in Dover, NJ. The Tool & Die Maker will support precision machining operations by designing, building, modifying, and repairing fixtures, dies, and tools to meet exacting specifications. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship and a solid understanding of machining and fabrication techniques. This is a full-time, first-shift position (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday).

• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and engineering specifications to determine tooling requirements.
• Set up and operate manual and CNC machines (e.g., lathes, grinders, mills, EDM) to fabricate tools and dies.
• Inspect finished tools and dies for accuracy and precision, using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain and repair tools and dies to ensure continuous production support.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize tooling designs for efficiency and manufacturability.
• Maintain records of tool builds, repairs, and modifications.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Tool & Die trade school program or apprenticeship is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tool & Die Maker in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and GD&T.
• Skilled in the use of manual machining equipment and basic CNC operation.
• Familiarity with wire EDM processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and noise.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position located in Dover, NJ. Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
