Adjuster Supervisor

- Starting Pay Rate of $22-$25 /hour
Responsible for adjusting Merchandise, Grocery or Sack paper bag machines, and supervising Machine Operators and Utility persons.
Responsibilities- Assure all work performed is completed in a safe manner with all production crews following Safety/ Housekeeping Procedures
- Work with Production Shift Supervisor and HR to direct Machine Operators, and Utility persons to achieve the highest possible manufacturing performance
- Assure Machine Operators are following all Quality/Inspection programs
- Make Machine set-ups and order changeovers
- Adjust and repair machines as needed
- Complete daily production reporting
- Monitor Production Crews work/break schedules
- Request disciplinary action
- New Employee training
- High School diploma or GED
- Production experience in a manufacturing environment
- Machine Operator manufacturing experience
- Solid Mechanical aptitude is a must
- Ability to review manufactured product and determine equipment adjustments required to achieve desired Quality and Production standards
- Ability to provide clear instructions and clearly communicate in writing and verbally
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Self-directed time management skills
- Normal vision with regard to color
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Should be familiar with unionized environment
- Lifting; a minimum of 50 lbs.
