Location: Ohio

Contract Type: Long‑Term Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Production Engineers to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations across both Solid Oral Dosage (OSD) and Liquid Manufacturing processes. This role will focus on improving equipment reliability, increasing production capacity, optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing downtime, and supporting new product and technology implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze manufacturing equipment and process constraints to improve throughput, yield, and operational efficiency.
  • Investigate downtime trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Quality to resolve recurring manufacturing issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Support product launches, process transfers, and implementation of new manufacturing technologies.
  • Participate in investigations, complaint resolution activities, and manufacturing readiness projects.
  • Share best practices and provide technical leadership to improve overall site performance.
  • Track project progress, timelines, costs, and deliverables while communicating updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization, troubleshooting, and equipment performance improvement.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze manufacturing data and implement sustainable process improvements.
