Joint Rolling Technician

710 Labs is a multi‑state cannabis brand committed to quality and collaboration.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist the Joint Rolling Team with day‑to‑day operations. This role supports the 710 Labs brand but will be employed by our New Jersey partner, Fresh Cannabis, LLC.

• Hand‑rolling infused and non‑infused joints with no machine assistance
• Handle pre‑production and post‑production steps associated with joint rolling
• Assist in packaging as needed
• Prepare materials for production
• Sanitize tools, workstations, and production areas
• Collaborate respectfully with other team members
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor

• One year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired
• Prior joint rolling experience required
• Experience or background in the cannabis industry is a plus
• Must be physically capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods
• Able to exert sustained, well‑paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to eight hours
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; leadership potential
• Detail oriented with a focus on process improvement and optimization
• Open to constructive feedback and capable of providing it to others

Persons working onsite at a cannabis facility must be at least 21 years of age, as required by New Jersey law.
