Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Rancocas, NJ (On-Site)
Compensation: $80K-$100K annually, based on experience
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM
Job Summary: Our client in Rancocas, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity paying $80K-$100K annually, based on experience.
The Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to improve manufacturing processes, ensure product manufacturability, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial capital equipment, strong problem-solving abilities, and the initiative to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Manufacturing Support: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve product manufacturability and optimize production processes.
- Production Planning: Monitor production schedules and ensure projects remain aligned with manufacturing capabilities and delivery timelines.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for engineering and manufacturing-related challenges.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficiency improvements that enhance product quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company standards, industry requirements, and best practices.
- Documentation Management: Prepare, maintain, and update technical reports, manufacturing documentation, and process records.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, and engineering teams to support operational goals and project execution.
- Project Execution: Assist with manufacturing projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience.
- Must be comfortable traveling up to 15% domestically and internationally
- Strong knowledge of industrial capital equipment, manufacturing processes, and engineering best practices.
- Experience troubleshooting technical and production-related issues.
- Proven ability to develop and improve manufacturing processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems in a production environment.
- Proficiency with CAD software, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
