LPN Licensed Practical Nurse; Homecare

We are looking for a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide homecare services. The position offers self‑sufficient autonomy, the chance to build a meaningful bond with families, and 24‑hour, 365‑day support from the Director of Nursing.

• Base pay: $32.00/hr – $34.00/hr

• Provide one‑to‑one nursing care in a home environment
• Follow direction from the clinical team and be overseen by a registered nurse
• Adhere to the individual plan of care
• Observe all clinical and office policies

• Valid New Jersey LPN license or multistate license
• Physical exam within the last three years
• Positive PPD or Chest X‑ray
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
• Valid driver's license
• Experience or willingness to train in G‑tube, trach, vent care
