Oncology Clinical Nurse to provide and coordinate all clinical aspects of care for the Oncology/Hematology patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve predetermined quality outcomes

• Education:
  
  Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
• Experience:
  
  Oncology experience preferred but not required
• Hospital experience and/or subacute experience
• Ambulatory Care experience preferred but not required
• Licences
  
  Certifications:
  
  Valid New Jersey RN license, BLS certification

• Full Time
• Day Shift
• 40 hours

• Administering chemotherapy/immunotherapy, Iron infusions, IV hydration, non chemo IV infusions, blood transfusions, therapeutic phlebotomies, injections
• Monitor patient s response to treatment
• Perform clinical assessments, symptom management, nursing care to venous access devices, patient education, phone triage, coordinating plan of care and multiple appointments
