Night Shift (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), Full‑Time

$48.29 – $65.06 per hour (gross).

The RN provides direct nursing care to medical–surgical patients in a safety‑driven environment, performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per care plan and protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient status, documenting findings accurately.
• Educate patients, families, and staff regarding health conditions and self‑management strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to coordinate care.
• Report safety concerns, medical errors, and hazardous environments to appropriate authorities.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and other support staff.
• Maintain adherence to the Nurse Practice Act, ANA code of ethics, and institutional policies.
• Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives and evidence‑based practice activities.

• ASN or Nursing Diploma.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

• Med/Surg telemetry and/or ER nursing experience.
• National nursing certifications.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of start date.
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license or active Compact RN license with NJ endorsement.

• Full-time, night shift (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.).
• Monday–Friday with alternate weekends and holiday rotation as required by the department.
