PositionLADACIN Network’s Schroth and Lehmann School seeks a substitute school nurse to work with students with developmental and multiple physical disabilities. The nurse works closely with the transdisciplinary team to meet individual needs and goals.
Responsibilities- Perform hands‑on nursing skills, including gastrostomy tube feedings.
- Administer medications.
- Monitor seizures.
- Conduct daily health monitoring.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Experience with students with disabilities in a school setting.
- PALS certification preferred.
- 12‑month program.
- Excellent benefits available.
