The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

The Trinitas nursing float pool provides extraordinary care to patients across all populations, including Med/Surg 38 bed unit, Telemetry 38 bed unit and Oncology 22 bed unit. We manage acutely ill patients with lift‑threatening conditions that require complex assessment, high‑intensity therapies and interventions, and continuous nursing vigilance. Care bundles based on evidence‑based practices are executed with compassion and caring. The Registered Nurse (RN) organizes and administers individualized age‑specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care, supporting the philosophy, objectives and mission of Saint Barnabas Medical Center and the Department of Nursing.

Practices are in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, Department of Health Regulations, TJC requirements and other regulatory agencies. The RN participates in patient teaching and discharge planning, and in unit performance improvement evaluation activities.

• Active New Jersey RN License or approved RN license required
• ASN or BSN required
• AHA BLS prior to start date required
• Previous Critical Care or Telemetry experience preferred

• Full Time
• Days 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend required. Schedule during the week will vary depending on department needs
