Night Shift Nurse (RN/LPN) – Full-Time (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a full-time 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift. This role is ideal for a dedicated nurse who thrives in a quieter overnight environment while maintaining high‑quality resident care.

The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, and committed to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well‑being of residents throughout the night.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents

• Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions

• Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care

• Active RN or LPN license (state‑specific)

• Previous experience in Long‑Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred

• Strong clinical and assessment skills

• Knowledge of infection control practices

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
