LPN; Licensed Practical Nurse Evenings

Position Summary

Licensed Practical Nurse (Full‑time, Evening Shift) at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Stellar Senior Living community.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes to RN or physician.
• Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided.
• Respond to resident needs and call lights with compassion and urgency.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care.

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Can‑do attitude with commitment to exceptional resident care.
• Genuine love for seniors.
