Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

We are immediately hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem positions, including weekend shifts.

• Assist CNAs in performing ADL and routine care
• Conduct resident/patient treatments
• Administer medication in accordance with physician orders and Plan of Care
• Submit pharmacy orders
• Accurately document and record all information
• Administer injections as prescribed
• Observe resident health and communicate current condition to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians
• Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Provide basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging
• Manage IVs and start IV drips
• Monitor fluid/food intake and output
• Observe and report resident accidents, incidents, and presence of skin breakdowns
• Assist in admissions process
