Pediatric Home Care RN/LPN - Elizabeth, NJ | Up to $55/hr + Sign-On Bonus
Reliant Pediatric Home Care is hiring RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children. Immediate opening in Elizabeth, NJ.
Pay- RN: $45-55/hour.
- LPN: $35-42/hour.
- Weekend differential: +$4/hour.
- Overnight differential: +$5/hour.
- Weekly pay via direct deposit.
- Full-time: $1,500 (paid $500 at 30 days, $500 at 90 days, $500 at 6 months).
- Part-time: $750.
Provide skilled nursing care to a pediatric patient in their home, working closely with the family and care team. This includes assessment, medication administration, treatment and therapy per the care plan, trach/vent management where applicable, family education, and documentation.
Requirements- Active New Jersey RN or LPN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Trach/vent experience is a plus but not required. We provide paid training before your first shift.
