Virtua Medical Group is actively seeking a full‑time Outpatient Behavioral Health Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health team in Southern New Jersey at our Moorestown and Voorhees locations. This position offers the opportunity to provide high‑quality, compassionate psychiatric care in a collaborative, patient‑centered outpatient practice.

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for adult behavioral health patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans while promoting recovery‑oriented, evidence‑based care.
• Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, primary care providers, advanced practice providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high‑quality patient care.
• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of Virtua’s Behavioral Health services.

You will receive a competitive compensation package starting at $300,000
, with actual pay based on experience, internal equity, and market alignment. This role also includes eligibility for a productivity‑based incentive bonus in accordance with the terms of your employment agreement.
