As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to residents in our rehabilitation and nursing facility. Your duties will include:

• Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting care plans as needed
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in our rehabilitation and nursing facility
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the guidance of the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Participate in patient care rounds and family conferences
• Identify and report any changes in patients' conditions to the Interdisciplinary Team
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care
