Nurse Supervisor

Eagle Rock Post Acute Care at Cedar Grove seeks a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing care on our post-acute and long-term care units. In this role, you will supervise nursing staff, coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and treatments, and ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered care. You will oversee medication administration, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance while partnering with an interdisciplinary team.

You'll mentor staff, support admissions and discharges, communicate with families, and promote a respectful, team-based culture focused on recovery, dignity, and quality of life.
