The above reflects the anticipated hourly wage range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Trinitas Regional Medical Center ER is a state‑of‑the‑art facility that recently underwent a renovation that nearly doubled the number of treatment beds from 27 to 45. Care is delivered in highly personalized areas that address the needs of families, seniors and behavioral patients. The facility includes a 128‑slice CT scanner and an onsite ultrasound suite that speeds up the delivery of care and provides a more detailed diagnosis.

This is a per diem position supporting Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM).

• Active New Jersey RN License
• ASN or BSN required
• BLS via AHA prior to the start date is required
• Previous ER experience preferred; previous Med Surg, Telemetry, or acute care experience required
• One full year RN experience in the special position required
• ER Certifications and/or national nursing certifications are preferred

The experienced Registered Nurse (RN) organizes and administers individualized age‑specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care. The RN supports the philosophy, objectives and vision of the organization and the Department of Nursing. The RN practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, State Health Regulations, TJC requirements and other regulatory agencies.

The RN participates in patient teaching and discharge planning and contributes to unit Performance Improvement evaluation activities.
