Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center seeks a caring LPN to provide bedside nursing care for short-term rehab and long-term care residents in our West Orange, NJ facility. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document in the EMR, and communicate changes promptly to RNs and providers. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support ADLs, and educate residents and families.
