As a RN Unit Manager
, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care possible. You will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, while also ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a positive work environment.

• Leadership

  Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care

  Oversee daily unit operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Clinical Excellence

  Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring high-quality care and patient outcomes

  Identify and address opportunities for improvement in patient safety, quality of care, and customer satisfaction
