Director of Nursing

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical operations of our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality resident care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing a high-performing nursing team.

• Oversee all nursing department operations and clinical services
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care standards
• Monitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous quality improvement
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and staff performance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care
• Prepare for and manage survey readiness and regulatory inspections

• Current and active RN license (required)
• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant DON in LTC/SNF setting
• Strong leadership and clinical management skills
• Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
