An established palliative care program is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join their team. The role offers physician/APP clinical backup, structured mentorship, and strong interdisciplinary support.
You’ll work with patients across the ED, ICU, medical, surgical, and specialty units
, providing symptom management, goals-of-care and advance-care-planning support, and transition-of-care planning.
This is a 100% inpatient palliative care role.
Monday-Friday Schedule
Locations in Toms River, Somerset, New Brunswick and Ocean County, NJ.
