Director of Nursing

As a valued member of the Silver Healthcare team, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team at our state-of-the-art facility in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. As a comprehensive care provider, we offer a range of specialized services, including Ventilator Care, Dementia care with behavioral disturbances, Long-Term Care Dementia programming, and short-term skilled rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care.

Our Director of Nursing will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction, while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

• Director of Nursing:
  Oversee and manage all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies
• Lead and develop a team of nurses and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care and services
• Collaborate with medical directors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and improve quality patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety
• Develop and manage budgets, staffing plans, and performance metrics
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Director of Nursing:
  Foster a culture of excellence, respect, and inclusivity among team members, promoting open communication and continuous learning

• Director of Nursing:
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field;
  Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role;
  Doctorate or dual-degree preferred
• Current RN licensure in the state of New Jersey
• Proven track record of leadership, management, and nursing expertise
