We’re looking for a QA Investigator who will play a key role in driving high-quality standards across manufacturing operations. This position focuses on leading investigations from start to finish, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions while partnering closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate Deviations, Non-Conformances, OOS, OOT, complaints, and environmental excursions.
• Identify root causes, define corrective/preventive actions, and prevent recurrence.
• Manage multiple investigations to meet compliance and release timelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and track CAPA plans.
• Monitor process data, trends, and trigger appropriate corrective actions.
• Train staff on problem statements and root cause analysis tools.
• Ensure timely completion of deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls.

• 3+ years writing and reviewing deviations and investigations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
• GMP experience in pharma, biotech, or cell therapy.
• Strong root cause analysis and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Visio.
