Osmo's Elizabeth, New Jersey fragrance operation is hiring a Technician, Quality Control, the checkpoint every batch must pass before it ships. QC is where fragrance manufacturing keeps its promises: each lot smelled and measured against a reference standard so that this month's compound matches last month's, the batch-consistency discipline our field-to-flacon guide covers.

The technician runs incoming and outgoing quality checks: evaluating fragrance batches by instrument and by nose against standards, documenting results, flagging deviations, managing retained samples, and supporting the compounding team on corrections. The role touches gas chromatography outputs, density and refractive index checks, and the olfactive comparisons that instruments cannot replace.

Candidates with lab QC experience in fragrance, flavor, cosmetics, chemicals, or food; comfort with documentation systems; and a careful, consistent nose. The role is full-time and on-site in Elizabeth, inside a company that pairs traditional perfumery with scent-digitization research.
