Osmo is hiring a Sample Lab Technician, Fragrance Compo under for its Elizabeth, New Jersey lab, the hands that turn a perfumer's written formula into liquid. Compounding is the craft step between composition and evaluation: materials weighed to the hundredth of a gram, in order, without contamination, exactly the workflow our field-to-flacon guide describes and every perfumer, per our perfumer profile , depends on daily.

The technician prepares fragrance samples and trial batches from formulas: weighing raw materials, blending, labeling, logging lots, maintaining the ingredient library, and keeping the lab stocked and clean. Accuracy and traceability are the whole job; the samples produced feed evaluation sessions, customer submissions, and the company's scent digitization work.
