Sales Associate
Location: Allenhurst, NJ
Position Type: Part-Time
Salary: DOE
We are seeking a friendly, patient, and energetic Sales Associate to assist customers in a children’s shoe store. The ideal candidate enjoys working with kids, has a warm and positive attitude, and can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in selecting the correct shoe size
- Help children try on shoes and ensure proper fit and comfort
- Provide a welcoming, upbeat experience for both kids and parents
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor
- Engage with customers in a fun, outgoing manner
- Support daily store operations as needed
- Must be patient with children and kind to parents
- Ability to get on and off the floor repeatedly throughout the day
- Outgoing, friendly personality suitable for a fun store environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required
