We are looking for a Clientele Specialist to join our team who will create a 5
* customer experience and develop and maintain excellent client relationships.

What you'll be doing:

As a Clientele Specialist you will be passionate about fashion and dedicated to building strong client relationships. In this role, you’ll offer a luxury shopping experience that’s tailored to each customer’s style, helping them create wardrobes that reflect Hobbs London’s timeless elegance.

Who you'll be:

• Confident using your established client network to drive sales, offering styling advice and wardrobe solutions.
• Work in collaboration with the instore team to deliver an inspirational customer experience, whilst identifying opportunities to drive customer loyalty.
• Promote and deliver seamless, elevated shopping experiences both in-store and online.
• Maintain detailed client profiles and partake in store events and styling sessions.
• Sound knowledge of current fashion trends and styling principles.
