Responsibilities

• Actively assist in the coordination of the timely and accurate execution of all asset protection initiatives as per company standards.
• Effectively use store communication systems as a vehicle for asset protection initiatives.
• Detect and arrest shoplifters and complete related documentation.
• Execute asset‑protection procedures to reduce shortage and provide customer service.
• Assist Asset Protection Investigators.
• Collaborate with Customer and Associate groups within the store to ensure objectives are clearly communicated and executed.

• Valid US Security Guard License (required).
• Knowledge of retail procedures and criminal/civil proceedings.
• Detail‑oriented with strong systems proficiency.
• Can‑do attitude and proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Responsible and dutiful with a strong sense of ownership.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings and weekends if needed.
