Role Overview
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and the team's achievement of daily sales.
What You'll Do- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Operate register/point of sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
- 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Retail supervisory/management experience is not required.
- Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
- Strong customer focus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
- Take initiative and show confidence.
- Master adaptability and flexibility.
- Balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented.
- Exhibit strong work ethic.
The starting rate for this position is $19.00 per hour. (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
