Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver personalized, high-touch customer experiences on the sales floor by combining strong product knowledge with thoughtful styling recommendations. They drive individual and team sales through clienteling, outreach, and effective use of digital CRM tools while supporting store initiatives and coaching peers. This role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends and serves as an entry point for future management opportunities.

• Provide exceptional customer service, showcase product knowledge, and offer personalized styling and wardrobe recommendations.
• Grow personal business through outreach, clienteling, and leveraging digital tools such as Polo connect to capture customer data.
• Support team sales goals and KPIs (SPH, data capture) and collaborate to uphold brand and visual standards.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors, provide feedback to management, and participate in store and community initiatives.
• Assist with talent sourcing and contribute to a professional, inclusive team environment.

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills with the ability to build lasting client connections.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs.; comfortable working the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and cashwrap.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM; ability to adapt selling approach for in-person and remote customers.
