Part-Time Brick Specialist; Sales Associate Garden State Plaza - Paramus, NJ

Job Description

Typically responsible for store operational tasks in duty. Deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages as a Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Garden State Plaza in Paramus, NJ.

• Greet every guest and ensure a signature experience (80%)
• Perform all cash register functions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment (10%)
• Perform daily cleaning duties, maintain store displays, and learn and deliver LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Assist in receiving merchandise and maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, abide by safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortages (10%)
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests
• Process information/merchandise through the register system

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours
• May involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
• Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
• Involves lifting at least 30 lbs

Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. Being scheduled for 25 hours is not required.

Hourly wage: $18.40 to $19.40.
