The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. They lead inventory shifts, oversee all back‑of‑house product operations, and ensure floor and BOH areas are stocked and well‑organized. The role also provides input on team member performance evaluations, contributes to hiring decisions, and acts as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) during inventory shifts.

When on the floor, the Lead delivers a world‑class guest experience.

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with SOPs.
• Execute product actions such as pull‑backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive shift atmosphere.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy and optimal product availability.
• Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions; for example, analyze sell‑through data to recommend product focus or pricing.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
• Address team member performance and support learning and development through direct feedback, coaching, demonstrations, and hands‑on experiences.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships.
• When serving as Supervisor on Duty during open hours, lead from the floor to ensure every guest receives technical product education and a world‑class experience.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store.

• Work schedule varies based on store needs.
• Shifts are scheduled: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• During peak times, special events, or other circumstances, early mornings or late nights/overnights may be required.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics using business technology.
• Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.

• High school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher education.
• Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations.
• For experiential stores with food/beverage service: food safety and/or liquor service certification.
