• Generate Revenue:
  Achieve revenue growth through customer service and meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Store Maintenance:
  Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and cleanliness.
• Professional Appearance:
  Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Expense Control:
  Protect company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies, manage store inventory, process shipments, reset merchandise, perform accurate product counts, and adhere to all policies, procedures, and guidelines.
