Retail Display Merchandiser

Job Overview

Join Kellanova as a Part‑Time Retail Display Merchandiser for the Elizabeth, NJ territory. In this role you will be responsible for merchandising, building, filling, and maintaining displays. You will work 12–20 hours per week, preferably within 25 miles of the center of the territory. Distances driven between stores are reimbursed and a phone stipend is provided for app usage while on the job.

The hourly starting wage ranges from $17.00 to $17.50.

• Building Our Brands – Calling on assigned store(s) to deliver superior in‑store merchandising service to ensure proper rotation, placement and facing of our products to capture customers’ attention.
• Establishing Relationships – Build and foster relationships with store employees and managers.
• Can‑Do Attitude – Build displays with excellence; requires physical activity and occasional heavy lifting, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

• Ability to stand 8–10 hours a day; stoop, kneel, bend, push and pull.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders and step stools repeatedly, and reach above your shoulders repeatedly.
• Ability to visit assigned store(s) during the shift.
• Ability to use in‑store apps to report hours worked, daily tasks, and communicate with Retail Sales Leads.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle.
• This is a driving role that requires clear driving record; no combinations of violations or one‑time significant events in the last 36 months.

Elizabeth, New Jersey (within 25 miles of headquarters). Part‑time: 12–20 hours per week. Work type:
Onsite.

Hourly wage: $17.00–$17.50. Mileage reimbursement and mobile phone stipend included.
