As a Chocolate Advisor at Lindt USA, you will join a team that values your ability to create a positive and engaging in‑store experience for our customers. Your enthusiasm for Lindt, product knowledge, and commitment to the brand will help keep customers returning time and again.

• Consistently contribute to the store’s ability to achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans by providing the highest levels of customer service and Lindt‑specific selling skills.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the store’s sales mission on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals such as ADS, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
• Model Lindt standards through everyday activities such as dress code, upselling, and sales focus.
• Promote current marketing programs and utilize company‑provided resources to optimize selling activity.
• Monitor and report customer or product issues to management in a timely and professional manner.

• Take ownership and actively participate in ensuring operational standards and controls are consistently adhered to.
• Manage cash and related paperwork, vendor logs, and policies & procedures.
• Restock shelves as needed, monitor date codes and pricing.
• Perform store maintenance and cleaning as directed, maintaining cleanliness at all times.
• Comply with all Quality Assurance policies and procedures.

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with arms.

• High School Graduate or equivalent.

Hourly rate: $16 - $17. Compensation reflects market rates based on size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined by a wide range of factors including job‑related skills, knowledge, experience, and market conditions. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive may be included.
