Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Optimizing the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service to continually increase sales.
• Creating relationships with customers to provide support in-store.
• Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of products and services to inspire and inform customers.
• Listening to, identifying, anticipating, and responding to customer needs.
• Maximizing sales, while maintaining profitability, by actively steering customers towards top-selling and prioritized products.
• Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities based on sales location to secure high stock availability.
• Supporting the implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities in, or involving, your product range.

Job Type: Permanent, Part-time

Hours:

12-20 hours per week. Must have complete open working availability throughout the week Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 9:00AM to 10:30PM.

Hourly pay rate range: $19.91 - $28.12

• 2-3 years of relevant sales work experience
• Experience in retail, preferably in the home furnishing sector
• Experience in actively selling through understanding customers and their needs
• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
• The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from 19.91 USD to 28.12 USD and will be based on relevant work experience
