Burlington - 651 Kapkowski Street - Responsibilities:
Mitigate theft and fraud in high shortage areas of the store while promoting a safe and secure store environment;
Train and develop Shortage Control Associates and partner with store/field leadership;
Identify and report theft incidents and drive shortage education and awareness to all associates;
Provide internal controls and operational oversight including store audits and monitoring of point of sale transactions;
Assist in onboarding and ongoing support of associate training in shortage reduction programs
