Provide an effective deterrent to dishonest behaviors throughout the store by maintaining a commanding presence;
Maintain a safe and secure store with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
Engage with customers and associates in areas of high shortage risk while delivering strong service;
Train and develop Shortage Control Associates and promote shortage education across the store;
Collaborate with store leadership and local law enforcement as needed to address theft incidents
