Perform leadership tasks as delegated by the store manager including acting as manager on duty to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues;
Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers;
Lead in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge;
Set direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work;
Execute opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipts, and communicating company directives;
Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations;
Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on sales floor and at checkout;
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed
