What you will do:

_

• Assistinmaximizing andachievingstore salesand goals by monitoring sales progress&results against key targets.
• Foster aconsumer centric mindset and an inclusive store environment, while modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.
• Assistin providingdirectfeedback,coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Regularly interact withconsumerswithin the store, providinga high levelof customer service.
• Provide actional feedback to store associates andadhere to policies, procedure sand practices that align with company directives.

What you bring:

• 1year ofrelatedprofessionalretailexperienceispreferred but not required
• Proven communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Team leadership skills within the storeandthe abilityto be flexible in a fast-paced environment .
• You must also have a completed Sales Associate Onboarding & Developing plan.
• A formal education andsubsequentundergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
