About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand retail sales through a network of sales agencies and brokers.
- Strengthen and grow key customer relationships with major accounts, including Walmart, Target, and Amazon.
- Drive new business development, focusing on the East Coast region.
- Support the company's direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and leadership teams to execute sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
- Experience working with major national retailers and online marketplaces.
- Proven success managing broker networks and sales agencies.
- Self-starter with strong organisational, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Based on or willing to travel regularly across the East Coast.
