Monday to Friday (In-Office)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Sales Representative (Digital Marketing) in Camden County, NJ for our client, supporting new business development and client relationship management within digital marketing services. This role focuses on selling search engine marketing solutions, building client pipelines, and driving revenue growth across multiple industries. The position requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to work with internal teams to deliver client solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Source and secure new clients through outreach, networking, and consistent pipeline activity.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and recommend advertising solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop proposals including campaign strategy, content planning, and pricing in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular communication and performance updates.
  • Sales Support: Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate sales documentation and records.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience in sales or marketing is accepted.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing sales, or a related sales environment is required.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital advertising, SEM, and SEO strategies is preferred.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is required.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment are required.
