Sales Appointment Setter – Base Pay + Commission | $250K+ Total Earning Potential

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist (Setter / Opener) to generate new opportunities by connecting with homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is a field-based, entry-to-mid level sales role focused on lead generation and appointment setting
, not management.

• Engage with homeowners in assigned areas (door-to-door outreach)
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
• Clearly communicate the value of our services to potential clients
• Track your daily activity and performance
• Represent the company with professionalism and energy in the field
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people

• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not required)

• Base Pay
  :
  Guaranteed $600 per week. Includes performance bonuses, and overrides on solar & roofing installs based on team results and production.
