Director of Sales; IC - Capital Markets & Payments

We are looking for a high-impact Sales Executive (Director level) to drive net‑new revenue growth across Capital Markets and Payments
. This is a consultative sales role, focused on acquiring new logos, building pipeline, and closing strategic enterprise deals within existing and new logos. You will target banks, financial institutions, and payment ecosystem players, selling services‑led engagements across digital engineering, platform modernization, payments transformation, and data & AI‑driven solutions
.

• Own and drive end‑to‑end sales cycle for net‑new logos
• Develop and execute a targeted go‑to‑market strategy
• Identify, pursue, and close large enterprise deals
• Position solutions across:
  Core platform modernization, Payments transformation and Data & AI‑driven initiatives
• Build and nurture CXO‑level relationships across business and technology stakeholders
• Collaborate with solution, delivery, and AI teams to create differentiated proposals
• Maintain strong discipline around pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution
• Leverage industry knowledge to navigate the FIS/payments ecosystem

• 7‑10+ years of enterprise sales experience in:
  Capital Markets, Banking and Payments ecosystem
• Proven track record in hunting roles (new logo acquisition) and growing existing accounts
• Strong success in selling IT services / consulting / digital engineering engagements
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed revenue and booking targets
• Deep understanding of:
  Payments ecosystem (issuers, acquirers, processors, fintechs), Capital markets platforms and operations and Financial technology landscape (FIS and similar ecosystems)
• Experience selling into Tier 1 / Tier 2/Tier 3 banks, Fintech and payment processors
• Strong consultative sales approach with executive presence
• Familiarity with platforms such as: FIS, Fiserv, TSYS, ACI, Finastra
• Ability to build pipeline from scratch
• Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Highly results‑driven with ownership mindset
