Jade Global is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth within our Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical. This role is responsible for building and scaling a $15M–$20M services portfolio through a combination of net-new logo acquisition, strategic account expansion, and industry-focused go-to-market execution.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling into healthcare provider organizations, with a strong track record of closing complex deals, building executive relationships, and positioning technology-led transformation solutions. You will play a key role in expanding Jade Global’s presence across hospitals, health systems, and healthcare networks.
About the RoleOwn bookings, revenue targets, and pipeline development for the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical. Build and maintain 3–5x qualified pipeline aligned to growth objectives. Develop and execute industry-focused go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities- Identify, target, and acquire new healthcare clients including hospitals, health systems, and provider networks.
- Drive the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through deal closure.
- Focus on landing strategic accounts with long-term growth potential.
- Establish and grow CXO-level relationships (CIO, CFO, COO) within target accounts.
- Expand client engagements through cross-sell and multi-service positioning.
- Build long-term, trusted advisor relationships within complex healthcare organizations.
- Lead outcome-driven sales engagements aligned to healthcare transformation initiatives.
- Position Jade Global’s services across ERP (Oracle, SAP, Net Suite), CRM (Salesforce), integration (IPaaS/Boomi), data & AI, and managed services (AMS).
- Align solutions to client priorities including operational efficiency, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making.
- Partner with delivery, alliances, and marketing teams to drive pipeline generation and deal execution.
- Leverage partner ecosystems and co-sell motions to accelerate growth.
- Operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization.
- 12–15+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation sales.
- Demonstrated ownership of $10M+ annual bookings targets.
- Experience closing complex deals in the $2M–$20M+ range.
- Strong consultative selling and solution positioning capabilities.
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Net Suite, Salesforce, or integration/data platforms.
- Background in system integrators or digital transformation firms.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and buying processes.
What Success Looks Like (Year
1):
Deliver $5M–$10M in bookings, acquire 2–4 new healthcare logos, build a $20M+ qualified pipeline, establish 5–10 executive-level relationships across target accounts.
