• 1+ years of solar or in-home sales closing experience
• Strong objection‑handling and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
• Experience working in a commission‑based sales environment with performance targets
• Proficiency managing a sales pipeline and follow‑up process using CRM software
• General computer proficiency for sales activities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• English proficiency
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Availability to work a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule, including Saturdays
