Sales Support, Customer Service Coordinator, or Sales Coordinator Overview

Sales Coordinator with a focus on Customer Service and Sales Support. This role supports internal sales teams while managing day-to-day customer service, order processing, and client communication. You’ll act as a key point of contact for both customers and sales, helping keep everything organized, responsive, and moving forward.

What you’ll be doing
  • Provide sales support to the internal team across multiple accounts
  • Manage inbound customer service inquiries via phone, email, and website
  • Handle order processing, order tracking, and issue resolution
  • Act as an extension of the sales team, responding to client communication on their behalf
  • Provide ongoing account support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate internally to ensure requests are handled quickly and accurately
  • Maintain and track data in Excel and CRM systems
What they’re looking for
  • 3–12 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination
  • Strong customer service and client communication skills
  • Experience supporting sales teams or managing account-related requests
  • Organized and responsive, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLookup and Pivot Tables
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice to have
  • Experience in wholesale, apparel, or consumer goods
  • Exposure to order management in a product-based business
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
