Sales Coordinator with a focus on Customer Service and Sales Support. This role supports internal sales teams while managing day-to-day customer service, order processing, and client communication. You’ll act as a key point of contact for both customers and sales, helping keep everything organized, responsive, and moving forward.
What you’ll be doing- Provide sales support to the internal team across multiple accounts
- Manage inbound customer service inquiries via phone, email, and website
- Handle order processing, order tracking, and issue resolution
- Act as an extension of the sales team, responding to client communication on their behalf
- Provide ongoing account support to customers and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate internally to ensure requests are handled quickly and accurately
- Maintain and track data in Excel and CRM systems
- 3–12 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination
- Strong customer service and client communication skills
- Experience supporting sales teams or managing account-related requests
- Organized and responsive, able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong Excel skills, including VLookup and Pivot Tables
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience in wholesale, apparel, or consumer goods
- Exposure to order management in a product-based business
- Familiarity with CRM systems
